What should I know before I arrive?
Arriving at Guestwick by the sea is intentionally simple. After booking, you’ll get a friendly email with directions, your room info and a few tips to help find us. We recommend checking on what's happening on the Peninsula ahead of time for anything you’re curious about and to book ahead so you don't miss out. Don’t worry if you’re running a bit early or late—just give us a call and we’ll work it out. We want your stay to start with a smile.
How does check-in at Guestwick by the sea work?
Check-in at Guestwick is as breezy as a stroll along Dromana beach. Once you arrive, follow the quick instructions we send after booking. Our team is happy to greet you or give a quick wave—whichever matches your style. If you want to grab your keys and head straight for the view, that’s fine with us. If you arrive early and would like to drop your bags before you head out, if we can accommodate you, no problem. Please just let us know, so we can make it work just right for you.
Check-in is 3.00pm and Check-out before 11.00am

Please note the cottage does not have an oven or cooktop, but it does have a microwave, toaster, air fryer, sandwich press, electric fry pan, rice cooker, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, all the utensils you could need, basic kitchen supplies (salt/pepper/oil etc), wine glasses, tea, coffee and milk, and free Wi-Fi.
Outdoor Activity Equipment
For those of you who are looking for a little outdoor fun, we have a Sup board and a canoe available for your use. Just ask, and we will get you sorted for a fun day out.
Your room is cleaned before your stay, so you can relax right away. If you want something extra, just ask—we’re always nearby.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
No, breakfast is not included, but there are shops 5 minutes away and we can highly recommend some great breakfast options very nearby so you can head out to enjoy a fabulous breakfast that you don't have to cook for yourself.
Can I get tips about Dromana?
Absolutely—at Guestwick by the sea, sharing local gems is our bread and butter. We’re happiest pointing out favourite beaches, wineries, and secret picnic spots nearby. Ask us anything, whether you’re a first-timer or a regular visitor. The team keeps an up-to-date guide to help you out if you need any assistance.
